As the parent or guardian of the above-named student, I have read and discussed with him/her the St. Joseph School Computer Network Acceptable Use Policy. I recognize that it is impossible for the school to restrict access to all controversial materials, and I will not hold the school, its employees, or the Internet provider responsible for materials acquired on the network.
I hereby give permission for my child to have user access to the Internet and the network at St. Joseph School. I understand that this agreement shall remain in force during the full duration of my child’s enrollment at the school.
